Danielle Nielson is amazing at her job. She has great knowledge on the home market, property value and what updates would run in price. Danielle was very honest and hard working when it came to helping me find my home. She put me first the whole time and made sure that i wasnt alone and i had all the information i needed from start to finish

My uncle passed away unexpectedly and as the executor, I had to fly to Florida and take care of his affairs. Danielle was my rock! She took care of everything and even made sure I was okay every day. She had the house sold in a matter of hours and we closed in a matter of days for more than we even thought we could list it for. She definitely knew how to accurately price to sell! I will continue to refer and personally use Danielle for all of my St. Petersburg/Tampa real estate needs!

Danielle Nielson provides a lot of extra perks that you don't get with other realtors. Between her expertise in staging the house (light staging) and the excellent quality photos and videos, the house marketed and showed very well. Danielle was very responsive and always got back to me immediately when I had questions or concerns.

As a transferee from Virginia to Florida, we needed a realtor who would be patient with us and show us lots of properties so we could find the right home for us as we wanted our forever home! We knew the general area that we wanted to be in but that area was very spread out. Prior to meeting with Danielle she sent us daily emails of homes on the market that we could review online and tag as potential homes to see. We received a home finding trip that lasted only 10 days. Within those 10 days Danielle showed us at least 60 homes. Some we walked in and we knew immediately that they were not for us. Others had some potential. I'm pretty particular when it comes to parting with my money as I work hard and don't want to settle for something less than what I want! Danielle explained the positives of each property and pointed out some areas of concerns. She explained the traffic patterns for various neighborhoods, showed us local shopping/eating areas. With her expertise, we narrowed our focus to a smaller area. We finally narrowed our search down to a couple of homes and had to decide which to put in offers for. Danielle helped us negotiate on a brand new house (the one we truly wanted), below listing price, with several additional add-ons thrown in (like a fridge, fans, fence, and blinds). Who knew you could negotiate with builders own a brand new home? Not me! But Danielle did her job! Afterwords, she joined us for the home inspection, guided us thru the entire process, and was there for us at closing! She gave up her own time during Thanksgiving and Christmas to help us get our NEW home. Thru-out the entire process, if we had questions/concerns, all we had to do was call or text and Danielle always responded in a reasonable time. We are very grateful for her services, her knowledge, and now her friendship! We HIGHLY recommend Danielle if you are looking for a home to buy! This is the 5th home i've bought in my life-time (hopefully the last) but the process went smoothly! THANK YOU DANIELLE!

Danielle helped us market our home she did an awesome job,give us great suggestions for getting our house ready to go on the market, she hired a professional photographer to come in and take pictures to be able to market our home online. I was to sell a home again in Florida I would call her in a heartbeat.

We needed to find a villa or condo in St Petefor may son who has recently moved to Florida.St Pete is a large area to cover for us, but with Danielle's help we narrowed it down to a few areas that meet my son's taste.She was very helpful and patient with us, not pushy.Always on time for a showing , or calling us ahead of time to let us know her ETA if she was running behind.
